Club Drop in Sessions/ Training times.
The club holds sessions all year round on the water (weather permitting). Every Monday Night at 6:00pm (For adults), Saturday morning at 9:00 and Sunday morning at 8:30 (Selcected People) and 10 am (Other members), Wednesday (For Boys) and Thursday (For Grils), now summer has arrived, when all potential new starters are invited to come down and have a go as long as you can swim 100m unaided. Supervised by our qualified coaches, training session will be organised to suit the individuals reguirements. Current members look on the What's new Page for club training times and locations.
